shiroraven That's really beautiful! Thank you for sharing. She is so humble. She feels like a small constellation, but for us fans her whole Budokan performance is so bright and so are her music that she is more like a huge star like the sun! Hehe. I agree that she looks very happy to be able to sing and meet the fans. The innocent image is also supported by her clothes which are mostly in simple colors, especially white. I think it's going to be hard for any live performance after this to top that 'us' session. Just heavenly.

just reading that brings be back, with such joy, to that magnificent concert!! it almost brings tears to my eyes - so beautiful, such poetry in her words, honesty and love.

This is very beautiful. I remember this part. I did think her voice became even softer and it sounded like shaking as if she was going to try (and me too). I'm also grateful for your music and proud that you can realize your dream of standing on the Budokan stage. <3
It's interesting that she thinks of Rokutosei no Yoru as her 'origin song'. I think she'd say something like RE:I AM which Hiroyuki Sawano created for herself with an anagram of her name or Anata ni Deawanakereba.

Thank you Migi, shiroraven , and tsubagakure I always love reading your appreciation towards Aimer, it really warms my heart. If one day I get the chance to meet her face to face, the first thing I say will be "you're born to be an artist". Then I'll cry for 3 hours.  |

Angel Aww you. Make sure to tell her that when you meet her face to face! But don't cry for 3 hours, you won't be able to enjoy her singing and waste the precious moment of meeting her, lol! Though if I were to meet her directly I'd probably run out of words and just stare in awe, though.

Migi Usually the fans meeting will occur AFTER the concert, right? Or idk, I hope I can be a prominent person and ask her to sing the soundtracks of my project. It's really funny that she motivates me so much.  tsubagakure GIVING HER AN ORIGAMI FLOWER. THAT'S SO PRECIOUS OMG. 🌺 She's really wonderful. She amazes me as a singer and lyricist.

I think I remember you saying somewhere that Aimer doesn't do that kind of direct meet-and-greet kind of thing? But man, it's going to be amazing if you can get her to sing a soundtrack for your project. Though maybe that's something you need to discuss with her manager/staff team, haha. xD

Though maybe that's something you need to discuss with her manager/staff team, haha. xD Fan meet are rare for Japanese artists (except for the idol types/recently debut artists), fans usually give gifts via boxes near the entrance of live venues. There might be "flower stands" given to the artists by related sponsors/record companies and occasionally fans. (Flower stands costs around 10,000yen or so, the florist would bring a stand with flowers and a plaque with some standard messages, they will not even allow you to write something personal, usually its a standard template! once the show its over the florist will take away the flowers/stand.) Fans might be able to see artists leave as they drive away, so you are only going to get a wave/quick bye from them. Which means usually no handshake/autograph etc. Aimer has already crossed the line of debut as she is very popular, unless she is trying to drive CD sales, which means autograph sessions/free live are not likely to happen. Aimer items I have received were all prepare pre-signed, signature board/poster, never personally signed in front of you. |
