kyuri I have to admit that the song is really weird, haha! I searched for the lyrics and it's a strange story imo. The melody is easy and fun to listen to, though. I think she did another song with Galileo Galilei...

Her collabs with Galileo Galilei were all top notch, weird as they might've been. Hopefully Aimer gets to collab with Yuuki Ozaki (the lead singer)'s new project, warbear soon, I love his voice and style too.
That Anata no Deawanakereba collab with Kalafina is also really good- sometime they should make a studio collab XD.
In terms of her other collabs, I really enjoyed her collabs with TK of Ling Tosite Sigure, not just on us but also Kowairo (Well, technically not a collab but close enough). Falling Alone with Taka also stands out to me.

Westkana I need time to get used to the Galileo Galilei collabs, haha. I guess I prefer it when the songs have certain themes or messages. Theirs seem to be more carefree, emphasizing the fun factor. I kind of respect Aimer for being able to work with people like Galileo Galilei and TK. I think their song styles lean more towards "weird" than the usual pop/rock songs we know (e.g. comparing it to Taka's arrangements), but she nails them both just fine. Her voice blends well with their arrangements. The first time I heard insane dream, I thought the song actually needs a voice stronger and more active like Taka's (although now I like the song just fine).

us. I'm a big fan of ling tosite sigure, so having TK write songs for Aimer was one of the best possible things that could happen. Kowairo is good too, but us is just absolute perfection for me. Aimer's voice sounds at it's very best in that song, and the music and instrumentation is just sublime. It was my favourite song released in 2016, and probably still stands as my favourite song in 2017 despite a slew of great music since.
Aimer's live collabs with Kalafina would be on the list if only they actually got a proper recording. Still upset about that.
Can't say I'm hugely familiar with ONE OK ROCK but I'm impressed with TAKA's output in general, especially with Closer and Falling Alone.
I'd also like to see more Genki Rockets interaction, but that's unlikely considering GR doesn't seem to be active any more.

Seasonreaper us has such a unique arrangement and Aimer slays singing the song so well. It's not exactly my type of song, but I have to agree that it's an outstanding piece. It is even more impressive when performed live. Hmm I don't think I've heard the one with Genki Rockets. I can only find the remix version from Google.

kyuri I love that song you linked! Every time I listen to it I imagine laying on a beach right after sunset-it has a really nice tone to it. Seasonreaper I really like us too, her voice is so nice in that song

Westkana@admin I liked all of the collaborations with Galileo Galilei I have heard so far! I think I am going to try and listen to more of their works, and I hope Aimer takes part in that new project also  Seasonreaper I like what I've heard of the Genki Rockets collaborations also. tsubagakure Hiroyuki Sawano is certainly the most popular and powerful collaboration Aimer has ever had. I think much of his stardom power was transferred to her. That's how she got recognized further. Hiroyuki knows how to make songs which match her style, so these two are a good match. Through My Blood is awesome indeed <3 Which part of it do you like best?
